She later transitioned into brokerage management, taking on leadership roles in operational strategy, agent training, and business development. Now, as a licensed REALTOR® with a pending Broker’s license, Michelle combines her extensive expertise with a client-first approach, ensuring buyers and sellers make well-informed, confident decisions.

Known for her analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, Michelle takes a structured and data-driven approach to real estate, providing clear, actionable insights for her clients. When she is not focused on Real Estate, her days are fuelled by a love for her family, a commitment to keeping everything (and everyone) on track, and those small but meaningful moments spent making memories together. Managing her kids' sports teams has practically become second nature, and when she’s not juggling schedules or packing up for a weekend tournament, she enjoys the simpler things—relaxing by the pool, cooking up something delicious, or sneaking away for a well-earned weekend getaway with her Husband.
